Key Responsibilities
As a Personal Driver, your duties may include:
Passenger Transportation
- Safely transporting family members to and from destinations including appointments, schools, events, and social engagements
- Ensuring passengers are comfortable, on time, and well looked after throughout all journeys
- Planning routes efficiently to avoid delays and traffic disruptions
Vehicle Management
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle at all times
- Conducting routine pre-trip checks including fuel, tyres, lights, and fluid levels
- Reporting any vehicle faults or maintenance needs promptly to the employer
Scheduling & Coordination
- Coordinating with the family to manage daily and weekly transport schedules
- Being available and responsive to last-minute changes in itinerary
- Keeping accurate logs of trips and mileage as required
Safety & Compliance
- Adhering strictly to all New Zealand road rules and traffic regulations
- Maintaining a clean and valid full New Zealand driver’s licence at all times
- Acting professionally and discreetly in all interactions on behalf of the household

Skills & Qualifications
